School Pool

We’re delighted to offer our school pool to the community for use over the summer. For the 2011-12 summer season the pool will be open for extended hours during the peak months of December, January and February, plus you’ll be able to name three adults on each family pass instead of two.

The pool will be freshly painted and open for business on 5 December 2011. From then until the end of February it will be open from 3.30pm to 7pm on school days and 12 noon until 7pm on holidays and weekends. In March it will close an hour earlier at 6pm, with the final swimming day for the year on 30 March 2012.  

As we did last year, we’ll have pool attendants on duty during opening hours to manage water quality, check passes, supervise behaviour and help with first aid, although of course you are responsible for your children’s safety in the water.  

And the cost for all this? Only $70 for a whole summer of swimming – so if you swam every day for the nearly 17 weeks the pool is open you’d be paying only 60c a visit for the entire family!
