School Bus Programmes and Timetables
Our bus programme is linked with bus runs for other schools, so it is important that the timetable is adhered to strictly. Parents are asked to keep well clear of the turning bay and adjoining bus stop when parking near the Shaw Road entrance.
We carry all children who live within our bus routes. There is no cost for this service. Please note, that children whose homes are not on “Ministry” (free) bus routes may not travel on the bus without prior permission. Some routes are heavily loaded and “EXTRA” pupils could mean that the bus is carrying more than its legal limit.
The departure times for each bus is listed below. Bear in mind that traffic flow, passenger demand and bus breakdowns could impact on the arrival times of buses at your pick-up point.
SCHOOL BUS TIMETABLE
MORNING
BUS 1
TV Mast, West Coast Road – This bus leaves at 8.20 am from the TV mast, picking children up in West Coast Road and then going up Parker Road reaching the top at about 8.35 am, it will then return down Parker Road and come directly to school.
BUS 2
Leaves Piha at 8.00 am travelling via Scenic Drive.
BUS 3
Bus enters Carter Road at 8.00 am doing Carter and Shaw Roads arriving at school at 8.20 am.
BUS 4
Leaves corner Pine Ave / Forest Hill Road at 8.30 am travelling up Forest Hill Road and down West Coast Road to school.
AFTERNOON
BUS 1
Bus leaves school at 3.00 pm for Parker Road, West Coast Road(first stop Raroa Terrace), Scenic Drive to T.V. Mast.
BUS 2
Leaves school at 3.00 pm for Scenic Drive/Piha. First stop Anawhata Road (children checked in).
BUS 3
Leaves school at 3.00 pm, the run will travel up Shaw Road down Carter Road.
BUS 4
Bus leaves school at 3.00 pm for West Coast Road and Forest Hill Road.
